Day 2 of new food plan.
Going well. Headache but that's to be expected.
Has been 3 years since my last blog post. I guess I did not have much to say.
It has been over 1 and 1/2 years since my last triathlon. In May 2011, I participated in the inaugural IM Texas. Will post more about that race later.
No cardio this week so trainers can get a baseline. Hard because I seem to be a full force "b@lls to the wall" person or a complete slug. And I want to be in that full force mode. But at least can do some strength training.
Not in the mood for sharing right now. Just thought I would dust off this blog and see if it would help to use it as a tool.
I hope to be back soon with a lot to say ...
